SYNC was founded by a team of avid skiers and engineers who saw a gap in the market. We found apparel that was either overly bulky, sacrificing mobility for warmth, or technically sleek but failing at the critical moment of truth: a sudden whiteout, a long lift ride, or a demanding hike-to-zone. We knew skiers deserved better.
